Things that made us feel like we should be in the master’s division: (compared to this year)
Rented a Triplex in Newport Beach 1 block from the beach (rented same place)
Had 4 rental cars! (Had 3 this year)
Planned for cold weather, so team drink was warm rum and cider (made this mistake again, but this time we made Cocoach - a warm, vodka-ey, chocolately sludge drink! #noregrets)
First time playing in the 4/5 division and it was perfect / won 5/6 of our games (wouldn’t mind going back to division 4/5. But in Masters we won 5/7 games! So maybe it was same same)
Had folks think they were going out, then never did (This year no one even threatened it, lol)
Took team turmeric shots (missed opportunity!)
Spirit Game Shenanigans
LeiOut teams didn’t use the spirit menu as much as Sandblast teams
New this year, masters themed spirit prizes (readers, pill organizers, fiber, sleepy time tea, iceyhot)
Everyone still loves the balloon game!
